My sessions are intuitively guided, drawing from over a decade of experience in multiple healing modalities. Collaboration with Steam House Hot Yoga & Pilates
My relationship with Steam House Hot Yoga & Pilates began through my own personal yoga practice. Spending time in that space supported a deeper connection to my body, breath, and inner awareness, and over time it became a natural place for my healing work to unfold. What began as personal practice gradually evolved into shared offerings rooted in presence, care, and mutual respect.
Emily’s gentle and understanding leadership has created an environment where this work is able to grow with ease, while honoring the sacred containers needed for energy and sound healing. Within this supportive space, I offer Reiki, sound baths, Theta sessions, private sound healing, and the early unfolding of a meditation and spiritual development group called The Inner Compass. Each offering is held with intention and aligned with the studio’s commitment to embodied awareness and safety.
Steam House Hot Yoga & Pilates has become the primary space for Echoes of Healing LLC, and is where my in-house appointments and offerings are held.
Reiki Healing
60 min- Gentle hands-on energy work that helps balance your body’s energy centers (chakras), release blockages, and promote healing on all levels — physical, emotional, and spiritual. Reiki is deeply calming and supportive for stress, anxiety, pain, trauma, and fertility support.

75 min- A powerful meditative technique that works with the subconscious mind to uncover and release limiting beliefs, fears, and emotional blocks. Together, we identify and transform patterns that may be holding you back, creating space for healing, clarity, and empowerment.

90 min- Using ancient shamanic techniques, we connect with spiritual guidance, ancestral wisdom, and soul-level healing. Shamanic work may include guided journeys, soul retrieval, or energetic clearing to help restore balance and empower your path.

45 min- Gentle, supportive sessions designed especially for children. Using Reiki, sound, and intuitive healing, I help children release stress, process emotions, and feel safe, grounded, and supported.

30 min- A focused, energy-aligning session designed to gently restore balance to your chakras. Through intuitive healing techniques, this 30-minute experience helps clear energetic blockages, promote emotional harmony, and support overall well-being. Sacred Cacao & Sound Healing Ceremony for Two
An intimate, private ceremony for two featuring sacred cacao, a healing sound bath, and individual grounding Reiki. Guided by Holly Rousseau, this heart-centered experience supports deep rest, connection, and presence in a fully held ceremonial space. Includes ceremonial-grade cacao from Belize, fresh fruit for grounding, and all materials provided. Ideal for partners, loved ones, or close friends. No prior experience necessary.
